99.co partners with CleverTap to improve customer engagement

CleverTap to help 99.co enhance user engagement and bring in omni-channel marketing automation capabilities.

CleverTap, the world’s leading retention cloud, announced on 13 July that Singapore based 99 Group is all set to use the platform for its real estate technology company, 99.co.

CleverTap will help digital property ad company 99.co enhance user engagement and omni-channel marketing automation, which leads to higher user retention, the company said in a media release.

By integrating CleverTap’s capabilities, the platform will be able to further bolster its consumer engagement rate along with reducing drop-off rates and providing more relevant and contextual recommendations to its users, said the company in its statement. CleverTap will enable 99.co to bring in more personalisation to the overall user experience leading to higher enquiries per listing leading to better business outcomes.
