Salesforce Commerce Cloud was selected by Phoon Huat to relaunch RedManShop, empowering its employees to deliver an end-to-end digital customer journey across sales and customer support.
Phoon Huat, one of the leading Baking Ingredients & Equipment Supplier in South East Asia, has successfully deployed Salesforce Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and MuleSoft to digitally transform the way Phoon Huat connects with its customers through its online store, RedManShop.com, Salesforce, the CRM company announced on 22 July.
Known for its brick-and-mortar retail stores, Phoon Huat started developing an online store in 2018. Amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Phoon Huat accelerated the launch of RedManShop.com in early 2020 so that baking supplies were more accessible to customers during the lockdown.
RedManShop.com supports customers’ baking and cooking needs by carrying more than 7,500 products, ranging from bakery products to international gourmet products.
According to a media statement by Salesforce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud was selected by Phoon Huat to relaunch RedManShop, empowering its employees to deliver an end-to-end digital customer journey across sales and customer support.
After the deployment, customers can now expect a one-stop solution for all bakers – from beginner to professional, that are shopping for products, browsing recipes, and signing up for baking classes. The new and improved shopping experience for customers includes:

To maintain customer trust and satisfaction, Phoon Huat selected Salesforce Service Cloud to help its customer service team with a new, digitised omnichannel approach to engage with its customers as it expands the business across the SEA region, the CRM company said in its statement.
Phoon Huat used MuleSoft to create a seamless experience across its eCommerce platform. With MuleSoft, Phoon Huat can easily integrate and unify data across its entire eCommerce experience, including RedManShop customers, while empowering its employees to integrate data and innovate at scale.
