In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. KKJohan, World President of The BrandLaureate shared a profound quote, “Greatness is when you fall and you rise up, that is greatness!” He emphasized that although achieving success is significant, ‘our greatest glory’ lies in the process of overcoming adversity; it is our resilience and determination to stand back up that truly defines our greatness.
“Today, your brands are a living testament to the power of determination and innovation. You have not only embraced challenges but have used them as stepping stones to success,” he shared as he encouraged the winning recipients to continue to push ahead despite all that they may face in the coming years. Ending his speech, he posed the audience with a challenge, “Don’t be afraid of the fall, don’t be afraid of greatness. Be courageous to step into the ring, to face the challenges head-on, and recognize that the journey won’t always be smooth. But that is greatness attained – in those moments of falling, we find our strength, our determination and our true potential.”
